Turnaround Administrative Assistant


Our large Oil & Gas client in Edmonton, AB is currently seeking an experienced Turnaround Administrative Assistant to add to their team.

As there will be no LOA, accommodations, or relocation reimbursement provided for this contract role, local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities of the Turnaround Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure accuracy of vendor data, including charge rates, PO’s, time entry, swipe access
- Vendor management, including troubleshooting any entry errors
- Attend meetings as requested, to document action items, key messages, participate and provide support
- Provide back-up coverage as required

Turnaround Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience within an equivalent role
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as required during Turnaround
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively without sacrificing quality
- Must be able to successfully complete pre-hire testing and Criminal Background check, if required
