Our client in Calgary, AB is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to add to their team. This maternity-leave coverage position will be responsible for performing routine planning, coordinating, controlling and directing the activities of operational resources.

As there will be no LOA, accommodations, or relocation reimbursement provided for this role, local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator job may include:


Ensuring positive customer experiences
Communicating with Field Technician Supervisors
Coordinates with Project Managers
Screens calls from internal and external customers
Dispatches Technicians for service and repairs
Running custom reports
Reporting labour hours
Identifying and reporting on critical issues and customer complaints


Service Coordinator Job Qualifications:


3 years of related experience, preferably within HVAC dispatch
Previous experience within electrical, plumbing or mechanical fields preferred
Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suite
Customer service oriented
Effective problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be able to successfully complete required pre-hire testing and Criminal Background check
