Roevin is currently seeking to fill a Returns Coordinator Job in Cold Lake, AB. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of closely related professional experience and have a strong knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant. A bachelor’s degree is required. The Returns Coordinator facilitates repairs and ensures retuned material is processed correctly and in a timely matter.
Returns Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee material returns activities by following internal controls
• Ensure material returned is processed correctly and in a timely matter
• Complete paperwork required for returns such as return goods authorizations
• Provide metrics and report status to Supply Chain Management
• Facilitate repairs when required
• Coordinate with Buyers regarding material which cannot be repaired
• Coordinate with Vendors regarding status updates
• Create repair purchase requisitions
Returns Coordinator Job Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of closely related professional experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated proficiency with material catalog software/applications
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Advanced time management skills
