Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Gaming)

We are excited to fill a contract Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Gaming) Job in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience as a Recruiter focused on the gaming industry. The Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Gaming) will be focus on the external search activity and developing the strategy for various gaming studio roles. Our client is world renowned AAA gaming studio.

This is a long-term full-time contract opportunity that can be worked remotely anywhere in Canada with work hours in Pacific Standard time zone.

Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Gaming) Job Responsibilities:
• Be proactive in hiring activities with a strong focus on diversity
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to define and maintain core pipelines
• Research and analyze relevant data and trends (talent and diversity gaps)
• Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement
• Support in coordinating the talent acquisition process
• Cultivate and maintain candidate relationships through to the in-person interview

Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist (Gaming) Job Qualifications:
• Five years of as an IT or Gaming Recruiter
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Experience with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System/database (iCIMS preferred)
• Experience in technology, video games/ or equivalent is preferred
