The Reliability/Maintenance Engineer job (3 positions) is a full-time contract position with our Oil and Gas client. Based in Fort McMurray, these roles are responsible for examining asset performance and improving equipment reliability.


Responsibilities of Reliability/Maintenance Engineer job include:
- Analyze data as identified from reliability and maintenance teams
- Review equipment service downtime, and provide improvement recommendations
- Assess asset performance
- Perform field inspections, and examine asset historical performance
- Provide updates and reports on maintenance trends (time to repair, equipment downtime, etc)
- Present findings to maintenance and reliability professionals and management
- Investigate trends and provide recommendations on improvements to reliability programs

Required Qualifications:

- Technical background (mechanical engineering or similar) or ability to interact in a technical environment
- Computer application experience with Microsoft office products such as Word & Excel is essential
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must
- Experience with mobile equipment is an asset

Working Considerations:

- Position located at site in Fort McMurray (no travel, LOA, or accommodations provided)
- Candidates should be able to be hired as an Independent Contractor
- M-F Business Schedule, 40-hour work week
