The Project Manager job responsibilities are:

• Overall accountability of daily operations during the construction phase
• Preparing construction schedules, while monitoring tracking, reporting progress
• Contracts negotiations, contract management and claims settlements
• Full budgetary responsibility and accountability, working alongside of project admin, billing and AR
• Assisting with business development initiatives
• Approving all of the material and manpower requirements via invoices and timesheets
• Overseeing and ensuring the Health and Safety and Environmental requirements and inspections are being met

The Project Manager qualifications are:

• 2+ years of project management experience in similar industries
• Strong contract documentation contract review and financial acumen experience required
• Detail oriented, analytical leadership style
• Experience working with people and equipment in the industries such as Utilities, Ports and Terminals, Oil and Gas/Chemical Refining.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project,
• Superior communication abilities (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to manage and meet client expectations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
