The Project Administrator job near Fort McMurray, AB. is a full-time contract position with our Oil and Gas client. In this role, you will be assisting the projects group with all administrative tasks as required. Please note candidates must be local to Fort McMurray as camp and flights are not applicable to this role.

Responsibilities of the Project Administrator job include:

- Managing and submitting time tracking and forecasting
- Analyze daily reports and enter as required
- Review and respond to all emails
- Enter and update all project information
- Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to the team
- Manage entry and reconciliation of time and charges in SAP

Key Requirements:
- Post Secondary education
- Project Experience, 5+ years
- Strong excel, data management capabilities
- Strong calendar management, outlook expertise
- Self starter
- Ability to change direction based on project needs
- Experience supporting a team
- Knowledge of time tracking, forecasting
- Ability to present to the team after reports are compiled
- SAP is an asset but not required

Working Considerations:

- Site based, daily bussing from Fort McMurray
- Term: Approx. 1 year – depending on business need
- Start Date as soon as possible
- 5x2 rotation – 8 hours days
- Must be able to be hired as an independent contractor
- OSSA/ BSO certificate for site access
