Maintenance Administrator Job in Edmonton, AB

Roevin is in the hunt to fill a Maintenance Administrator Job in Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate will have previous industrial, software and Supply Chain Management experience, and have their own vehicle. The Maintenance Administrator will be processing completed work packages and enter data in CMMS software. This is contract position that has a schedule of Monday to Friday and the site is located Northeast of Edmonton.

Maintenance Administrator Job Responsibilities:
• Work order preparation including opening, collecting and printing appropriate data
• Data collection and reporting for asset preventive maintenance planning and KPI’s
• Tracking and booking of employee safety/non-safety courses/re-certifications
• Support close out of MOC packages and archiving critical documentation
• Coordinate meetings including recording meeting minutes and actions

Maintenance Administrator Job Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Administrator on industrial sites
• Strong Computer skills with experience with database software and/or MS Excel
• Excellent filing and document management skills
• Mathematical skills to calculate amounts: percentages and averages
• Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills
• Open and available to work overtime when needed
• Possess and maintain valid driver’s license and own vehicle
