Lead Engagement Manager - Customer Experience Centre

Roevin is currently recruiting for a Lead Engagement Manager (Customer Experience Centre) for our industry leading client in Networking Hardware, software and telecommunications. This position is to work closely with our client's local sales organization and business units to facilitate and deliver customer briefings and innovation sessions that will accelerate the sales process and enhance sales opportunities.



Job Responsibilities:

v Manage the day to day operations of the Toronto Customer Experience Centre (CXC) and Innovation Centre including calendaring, tracking of all engagements in the appropriate tools, overseeing the readiness of all meeting spaces for onsite scheduled briefings and all administrative tasks related to onsite events such as catering and guest check-in process.
v Align with the global CXC and Innovation Centre teams to create and maintain an optimal customer experience.
v Work closely with the Account and Partner Account Teams to provide consultative input throughout the briefing and innovation planning process including briefing strategy, customer/partner needs analysis, design and creation of the agenda, sourcing appropriate presenters for all topics (including global CXC and IC presenters when no presenters may exist locally), managing the sequence of agenda topics and demos and sourcing production and solution expertise to enhance the overall customer experience on the day(s) of the event.

Job Requirements:
v Business level knowledge of collaboration, networking, security and data center technologies. Cisco’s architectures, industry solutions and general product portfolio is a plus.
v Sound business acumen in understanding how to achieve briefing objectives. Project and program management is a must along with negotiation and influencing skills.
v Organizational skills and attention to detail is key.
v Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
v Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
v Ability to build relationships with peers and cross functional organizations.
