IT Support Analyst

Currently we are looking for IT Support Analyst for one of our major clients in the GTA.

Position: IT Support Analyst

Job Type : Contract


IT Support Analyst Requirements:


- Provide onsite and/or remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to user and executives

- Have 5-7 years experience with PC support, network printer, smartphone, programming, network, and Windows and Linux server.

- Require to travel to multiple sites within the GTA

- Must have access to car and a valid driver’s G license in good standing

- Able to conduct research into hardware, application issues using the Internet as a primary search tool.

- Experience with Google Apps for Enterprise environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

- Able to communicate well with users and work well with the team.

-Work schedule is from 8:30am to 5 pm weekday. However, occasionally may require to come early and stay late during weekday and weekend. Occasional on-call and pager support availability



IT Support Analyst Qualifications:

-College or University level of education or equivalent level of experience in the industry is required

- Important to have MCSE, A+, CCNA or Network +, Security + and other current IT certificates

-Security clearance: Control Good Program (CGP) is required.
