Human Resources Coordinator

Roevin is on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator in Fort McMurray, AB. The ideal candidate will be local to Fort McMurray and has a degree or diploma in Business or Human Resource Management. This is a 6-month contract with a work schedule of Monday to Friday.

Human Resources Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
• Provides support to the Recruitment and Embedded Contractor team to process new hire employees & contractors, including interview setup, file management, system input and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support for all employee/contractor change processes, document management and workflows;
• Act as a point of contact for new hires, agencies and hiring managers on recruiting & embedded contractor related administrative matters with oversight by Recruiters, Embedded Advisor and Team Lead;
• Prepare reports, stats, forms, employment letters, etc. as requested.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Human Resources Coordinator Job Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management
• Previous experience in an HR Administration role preferred
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Ultimate Software), an asset
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition practices, employment law, and recruitment systems
