Roevin is currently looking for an IT helpdesk analyst for Vancouver location.

IT helpdesk analyst Job Responsibilities:

Have at least 2 years of real-world, in-person, day-to-day technical IT helpdesk experience directly supporting Windows PCs at a medium to large sized organization.
Demonstrate strong ability to quickly troubleshoot performance and stability issues in Windows 10.
Demonstrate familiarity with PC gaming technology - CPUs, GPUs, overclocking, performance tweaking

Job Responsibilities
• Participate in day to day IT Helpdesk support to all studio staff
• Image PCs and laptops, create and manage images
• Perform PC upgrades and break/fix
• Learn and support internal production applications

Skills needed for this role - you should be very comfortable performing these tasks.

• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting – blue screens, application errors, overheating issues, windows problems
• Install Win10 on a wide range of PCs and laptops
• Install drivers and configure Windows settings as needed
• Migrate user data and settings between PCs
• Component installation and troubleshooting - GPU, memory, storage
• Work on multiple PCs at a workbench at the same time
• Provide pleasant, patient and attentive Helpdesk support directly to users
