Our large Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB is currently seeking an experienced Field Administrative Assistant. The Administrator is responsible for administering and managing the employee's paperwork.

This is a temporary contract position, with a working schedule of Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.



Responsibilities:Administer and manage inbound/outbound employee paperwork.Ensure all operational & health safety paperwork archive in project folderMaintain strict confidentiality in relation to employee informationMake necessary camp reservation adjustments.Maintain camp record spreadsheet each day with camp daily reportsPerform other duties and projects as directed by the Managers



Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience1 - 2 years of direct work experience in a administrative capacityStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to maintain filing systems and basic databasesStrong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive teamStrong customer service orientation
