We are currently searching for a Master Data Administrator, based in Fort McMurray, Albertais a full time contract position with our client. You will have University degree or business diploma. You will have minimum of 3 years of experience with master data. The  Master Data Administrator is expected to manage and maintain integrity and quality of Supply Chain Management master data (e.g. item master, vendor master) per government standards and guidelines.  

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Owns Master Data Management processes and procedures

- Defines quality management, processes and standards for data

- Enables and supports execution of master data changes per master data management policies

- Supports and maintains vendor Master data, Service Master data

- Maintains material classifications and categorization with support development

- Work closely with projects, C&SU and finance organization for data transfers

- Supports Supply Chain systems applications

- Maintains relationships with internal customers 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with strong analytical skills

- Experience in SAP in developing master data and quality practices

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Must be detail oriented

- Strong MS Excel skill set and ability to navigate around the internet

- Demonstrates competence with Electronic Document Management Systems (Livelink, CERLL, and Syntergy)
