Roevin Recruitment is currently searching for a Document Controller for our client, to join their team in north Toronto, Ontario.  This position will provide technical support of quality systems, and will working directly with the production managers, team leaders and quality representatives. This position is a more junior role and is open to recent graduates who might have some industry experience in the pharma, biopharma, or food manufacturing industries.  Great opportunity!


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – Document Controller

- Bachelor's degree / Undergraduate Degree. - Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or related industry/manufacturing environment, including qualification, validation. - Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).  

RESPONSIBILITIES – Document Controller

- Provide technical support of quality systems, working directly with the production managers, team leaders and quality representatives. - Must possess sound interpersonal and information gathering skills, be able to relate well to others at all levels throughout the organization. - Must have the ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. - Change Control development, tracking and execution. - Deviation investigation. - Tracking expiry of documents; assist with the editing of quality documents (SOPs/SWIs, BPRs, Forms, Logbooks) to meet cGMP.
