The Data Analyst job (3 positions) is a full-time contract position with our Oil and Gas client. Two weeks of training at site in Northern Alberta is required, after which these positions could be based in Calgary or Edmonton (with occasional site visits). These roles are responsible for the identification of maintenance and reliability trends.

Responsibilities of Data Analyst job include:
- Analyze data as identified from reliability and maintenance teams
- Provide updates and reports on maintenance trends (time to repair, equipment downtime, etc)
- Present findings to maintenance and reliability professionals and management
- Investigate trends and provide recommendations on improvements to reliability programs

Required Qualifications:

- Technical background (mechanical engineering or similar) or ability to interact in a technical environment
- Computer application experience with Microsoft office products such as Word & Excel is essential
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must
- Experience with mobile equipment is an asset

Working Considerations:

- Position is initially located at site in Fort McMurray
- Candidates should be able to be hired as an Independent Contractor
- M-F Business Schedule, 40-hour work week
