Contracts Analyst Job in Calgary, AB

We are in the hunt to fill a Contracts Analyst Job in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in contingent labour management and experience within human resources. The Contracts Analyst Job will be collecting and analyzing data/information, creating and implementing contractor orders. This is a one-year contract position in downtown Calgary.

Contracts Analyst Job Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day accountabilities of the Contractor Management team
• Support the creation and delivery of Contractor Orders.
• Ensure Service Orders are accurate and current
• Collect, analyze and manage data on both a continual and/or as-needed basis
• Consult with customers and stakeholders to collect information, and maintain agreements
• Interact with vendors directly to ensure delivery of a standard service model
• Execute quality control processes on data and reports on an ongoing basis
• Monitor and analyze issues impacting orders

Contracts Analyst Job Qualifications:
• Five years’ experience in contingent labour management
• Degree in a Business, Finance, or Human Resources
• Above average proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong SharePoint and Power BI skills
• Data analysis and document management capabilities
• Strong communication skills
