Our large Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB is currently seeking an experienced Contract Analyst to add to their team. This contract position will be responsible for supporting the IT Productivity and Mobility team.

As there will be no LOA, accommodations, or relocation reimbursement provided for this role, local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities of the Contract Analyst job may include:

- Work with the IT Engage function and business stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities
- Identify and deliver on opportunities to leverage Microsoft Office 365
- Investigate and interpret business needs in order to select, design, plan, and implement appropriate O365 features and capabilities in response to specific needs and opportunities
- Drive O365 platform awareness and adoption across the business through platform advocacy and sustained Organizational Change Management planning and delivery
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish an O365 release planning and management strategy
- Work with the Service Owner and Enterprise Architecture team to align the O365 product roadmap with the enterprise capability roadmap
- Work with the platform vendor (Microsoft) to continually evolve and optimize the service in alignment with best practices
- Partner with other service delivery teams to ensure consistent approach to platform management and to optimize service delivery
- Enterprise Content Management, Identity and Access Management, Security, Self-serve Analytics (PowerBI), Cloud Operations (Azure, AWS)
- Work closely with IT Deliver team on planning and execution of capital projects to expand O365 capabilities and services
- Help establish and maintain an O365 platform and service governance model
- Work with the O365 operations support team on incident, problem, and request escalation

Contract Analyst Job Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree or technical diploma specializing in IT systems
- 5+ years IT experience, including operational support and project delivery
- 3+ years experience working with Office 365
- Previous experience working within the Oil & Gas industry
- General tenant admin (Global Admin role)
- Experience in Forms, Flow, PowerApps, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online
- High-level understanding of InTune and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- Familiarity with MFA, Azure AD, Windows 10 deployment and support, Unifie Communication architecture and solutions, Azure IaaS and PaaS, Mobility/Mobile Device Management, IT security processes and tools
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ability to relate technical requirements to O365 functional capabilities to deliver suitable solution
- Experience working in, or closely with, the following roles:

Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Enterprise Architecture
Solution Architecture
Business Analysis
IT Security

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to successfully complete an A&D test and Criminal Background check
