Change Management Advisor Job in Calgary, AB

Roevin is currently seeking to fill a contract role for a Change Management Advisor Job in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will have experience helping large organizations upgrade and implement new software. The Change Management Advisor will conduct ongoing needs assessments of the end-users and other project stakeholders to ensure project impacts are controlled and/or minimized. This a six-month contract and the client is one of Canada’s premier oil & gas companies.

Change Management Advisor Job Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive change management plan and engagement strategy
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance in shared enterprise IT processes
• Identify the impact of culture on change initiatives and design approach to achieve project outcomes
• Develop measurement approach to report on how effectively the organization is progressing
• Work with project teams and consult with Learning Services to define training needs
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change readiness and organizational impact assessments
• Communicate Change Management procedures to internal and external stakeholders

Change Management Advisor Qualifications:
• Ten years of Change Management experience in a large corporate environment
• Experience on large scale software upgrade projects
• Post-secondary in Business and/or Computer Science
• Accreditation/Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP)
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT services, tools and software
• Experience within the oil and gas and real estate industries would be an asset
