We are currently recruiting for a Card Portfolio & Marketing Advisor for retail & wholesale branch of a leading Oil & gas company located in Oakville, ON. This is a 1-year contract opportunity with a strong possibility of moving into a permanent position.

Our ideal candidate has 3-4 years of business experience and knowledge of Marketing, Card Operations, embossing, distribution processes or other related fields. Responsibilities:

This role is critical in ensuring the successful production and delivery of millions of cards (credit card, gift cards, price card, gas cards) every year; with orders potentially being large and complex.Verification's fulfillment, handling payments, invoicing and shipments to required delivery times, service levels and standards.Responsible for the planning, development and monitoring of monthly card production statistics, production, inventory reports and the completion of various system reports as required Working with key production vendors, B2B customers and other areas of the business to create detailed implementation plans for new card programs while delivering programs efficiently and with low cost.Responsible for regular production/inventory and budget reporting against goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).Process all requests for replacements of lost, stolen, and demagnetized cards, including fulfillment and shipmentsWhen required, actively participate in the 3rd party Vendor Operational meetings to bring forward issues and work collaboratively to close the gaps Manage Purchase Orders and payables, including PO set up, tracking to budget, verification of invoices, setting up new vendors and resolving any payment issues by channelAct as a key contact for the card portfolio on issues/opportunities, general inquiries, fraud, systems/testing and other critical operational activities



Experience and Education:

3-4 years business experience and knowledge of Marketing, Card Operations, inventory and purchase management or other related fields Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or a combination of education and related work experience Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Robust analytical skills, attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Customer focussed mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and build positive relationshipsDynamic self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility and willingness to face new challenges, ability to multi-task, while working under tight deadlinesWork and think independently, with minimal supervision
