Roevin is seeking to fill a Business Analyst Job in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on Information Systems Management in continuous improvement, project management and change management. The Business Analyst will be part of a team dedicated to adding business value projects related to process improvement and IT solutions.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
• Analysis of pre-requisites and adequacy between existing solutions
• Documentation of pre-requisites and selected solutions before implementation
• Understand business processes to offer tools that support this business process
• Clarify of the needs and the acceptance of the solutions chosen to support the business needs
• Documentation of current and future processes according to the methods recommended
• Conduct studies and evaluation to ensure standards are met
• Perform drivers designed to meet the needs and goals of the user
• Ensure that the requirements are understood and usable by the application development team
• Create and maintain end-user communication channels
• Facilitate local or global workshops

Business Analyst Job Qualifications:
• Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on process improvement and IT solutions
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in continuous improvement, project management and change management
• Experience with embedded software projects considered an asset
• Candidates with CBAP certification will be considered an asset
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Mindset
