Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a temporary full time 12 months contract position in Mississauga. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for consistently providing a high level of service to our client's customers and finding opportunities to improve processes while processing and expediting their customer orders and inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact, providing strong service for key accounts and distributors
- Resolve order and delivery problems on behalf of the customer in a professional and timely manner
- Receive, expedite and accurately process to completion all sales orders to meet customer expectations
- Coordinate and communicate all deliveries
- Work with customers, sales representatives, production and distribution to effectively fulfill customer requirements including completion of all appropriate documentation
- Promote and enforce internal quality procedures and policies Provide customers with technical information, technical data sheets, promotional materials and material safety data sheets as necessary

Job Requirements:

- Two or more years of experience in an end-to-end order management/customer service role is preferred
- Must be Bilingual in both English and French
- Knowledge and experience of Active Learner
