The Reliability Analyst job, located near Fort McMurray, Alberta, is a full time contract position with our O&G client. To be considered for this Reliability Analyst position, you will have previous data analysis experience within O&G (site based experience would be advantageous). This is a rotational site based job with camp and flights provided (Calgary or Edmonton hubs only).

Responsibilities of the Reliability Analyst job include:

- Actively participate and utilize reliability processes and tools including criticality ranking, FMEA, RCM, RCA, bad actor identification, statistical analysis, production loses analysis, work order analysis, life cycle cost, and others
- Identify, standardize, and optimize CMMS care plans, job plans, routes, spare parts, asset taxonomy, and others
- Develop, monitor, and communicate asset performance metrics (KPI's), assets degradation, and others
- Work in a predictive capacity and liaise with Operations, Maintenance, Process, Engineering, and Asset Integrity teams to reduce unscheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, and production losses
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating procedures and standards as required

Qualifications:


- Previous data analysis experience
- New graduates from a related field are encouraged to apply
- Industrial experience analyzing equipment degradation, criticality ranking, MTTF, and developing various predictive maintenance tools is an asset
- Proficient at analyzing engineering documents and vendor manuals
- Good understanding how rotating equipment operates
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong computer skills; Excel, Word, etc. and with the use of Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS)
- Goal orientated and a self-starter
- Valid CSTS / CSO ticket
- Valid Drivers License
