Way to WorkTM

Let us show you the way to work—awesome work. This program is designed for one purpose: to help ambitious young professionals launch promising careers. And it's been wildly successful at accomplishing just that.

OK, so you could find work and kickstart a career on your own, but that can be tough for fresh grads. Why make it harder on yourself when Way to Work gives you access to the coolest, best-fitting internships and job opportunities? It consists of four unique components:

Experience Work Day

One day a year—in 2017, it was on April 26th—Adecco throws open its doors and gives thousands of young people around the world the opportunity to participate in employment workshops and shadow an Adecco colleague, learning the career skills they need to make it in the job market.

CEO for One Month

OK, while you don’t technically get a permanent “CEO” title, we do offer you the next best thing—the opportunity to work with the Adecco Canada CEO for an entire month.

That's right! As the Canadian CEO for one month, the selected applicant will have the opportunity to work, travel, and make decisions with Adecco’s Canadian President: attending meetings, running events with his team, and traveling together (if need be). It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience to see what it’s like to work as the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. The paid internship takes place over the month of June or July and is based out of Adecco’s Head Office.

But, believe it or not, this opportunity doesn’t stop there. After your internship in Canada, you’re eligible for the global CEO for One Month internship in Zurich, Switzerland!

Pre-registration typically opens January 1st, so mark your calendar to check out all the details in late fall.

Don’t let a lack of experience count against you. Our Way to Work Internships tackle youth unemployment head on by providing employment opportunities for students and recent graduates aged 18-30— helping them to build the experience they need to kick start their career. More details to be announced – stay tuned!
